Weed isn't enough

Research indicates that Americans are using marijuana to self-medicate their anxiety and depression. However, the best research we have indicates that THC has no beneficial effects on anxiety in the short-term, and can worsen it in the long term.

​On the other hand, Cognitive Behavioral therapy has been shown to be highly beneficial for the majority of patients, even more so than medications in many cases. So next time you have a panic attack, call your therapist. And if you don't have one, consider calling us.
